Visit your Orders Page on your Account Profile on the Ansys Innovation Marketplace to submit a request for a refund. If your request qualifies for a refund, you will receive a refund from CADFEM India Private Limited, the third-party service provider for the Ansys Innovation Marketplace. Your access to any purchased content will be revoked upon completion of the refund process.
